Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
You must provide accurate information when booking a car. Any incorrect or fraudulent information may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Payment and Fees
Payment for rentals is due in full at the time of booking.
Rental prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and may be subject to taxes and fees.
If you cancel or modify a booking, additional charges may apply based on our cancellation policy.
Rental Period and Mileage
The rental period begins at the time of pick-up and ends at the time of return.
Each rental includes 250 km per day. Additional mileage will be charged at the applicable rate.
Rental Conditions
The customer must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
Rental cars must be returned in the same condition as when received. You are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
Any damage to the car or violation of local traffic laws may result in additional charges.
Insurance and Liability
Toyz Car Rental provides basic insurance coverage as per UAE regulations. You may opt for additional coverage at an extra cost.
You are liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a penalty fee.
No refunds will be provided for early returns.
Privacy Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toyz Car Rental will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms and Conditions Toyz Car Rental reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.
